Training

 

We provide accredited online and classroom based training courses in Food Safety, Health & Safety, Emergency First Aid at Work, and Mental Health First Aid. Our online training portal will enable you to arrange training for your team, track progress and access certificates. A huge welcome on board to The Fox Goes Free pub in West Sussex, The Robin Hood & Little John pub in Hertfordshire, and Hastings Adventure Golf in you guessed it Hastings who are the latest new clients to start a Food Safety Auditing & Support Package with Challenger (February 2025). 

 

For the fourth year running we have been selected to provide food hygiene and health and safety consultancy services for Brockwell Live - a series of food and music festivals in Brockwell Park London during May/June 2024.

  • Moons Green Charcuterie in Kent have received local authority approval for their new production premises. 

  • Another happy client achieves SALSA Accreditation. Well done to Korker Sausages and the team in Kent for pulling out all the stops and achieving this food quality certification.
