We have a lot of experience helping clients to achieve the SALSA food safety/quality accreditation, including a fish processor in Brighton, a sausage factory in Kent, a catering butcher in East Sussex, a cheese producer in East Sussex; and a wholesale fruit and veg supplier in Kent. We also work with  a charcuterie producer in Kent, a wholesale bakery in West Sussex; and a fish smokery in East Sussex.
